010 - Pigment
Description
Pigment
Like a crystal that defragmented a spectrum of light, we celebrate all the colors visible to the human eye. We explore and study them from a different perspective, we look at their importance in the world of food. We work with fresh fruits and vegetables from the market, we make our own repertoire, we create our own color chart. Bright and pastel colors are in the spotlight; like brushstrokes on a white canvas, they come to life on our pages. Honoring the union of nature and humanity, they swirl in a dazzling fresco that splashes the eyes and taste buds.
