St. Lawrence spice blend

This spice blend by La pincée, a Quebec-based manufacturer of creative spice blends, was created especially for Dinette. Slightly sweet and peppery, this sea salt crystal-based blend is sprinkled with flakes of three varieties of hand-picked Haute-Gaspésie seaweed. Enhanced by surprising aromas of juniper, caraway and dill, this richly textured blend adds an aromatic crunch to everything from grilled vegetables to soups to salads.
